Cosmic Whisper
Cosmic Whisper is a conceptual astrology app I’m designing end to end, from brand identity to UX/UI. It pairs a daily reading and live sky updates with an interactive birth chart broken into simple, card-based interpretations. This is an ongoing personal project, with new screens and features still in development.
The Cosmic Whisper brand pairs the ornate display face Gunter with the clean, condensed Alumni Sans to balance mysticism with readability. A palette of midnight navy, near-black, cream, sand, and earthy brown evokes the sky after dusk, while the star-and-orbit wordmark ties the identity together across the app.
The visual direction pulls from vintage astrology ephemera, editorial zine layouts, and minimalist celestial graphics. I gathered references that balanced mysticism with modern UI clarity, then distilled them into a restrained palette and a type pairing that feels both timeless and usable on screen.
